  • I went to my endocrinologist yesterday and in 10 years my bloodwork has NEVER been this good. It is so good that she asked me what I was doing and what changes I have made in my life and the ONLY thing is this program. She actually took me off of my B 12 because the count is so high.   • My biggest win is feeling empowered and healthy through an extremely hectic month in my life: one of my daughter’s bridal shower, another daughter’s college graduation, the third about to have a baby (yay! I’m going to be a grandma!!!) and several other important life events too. Before starting FW I would have been dreading each event because I would worry about eating and then beat myself up for enjoying myself. Now I feel healthy, strong and SOOOOO in control.

  • My biggest win this week, I have many to choose from, was I went shopping with my friend and I was able to shop in the ‘regular’ department not the plus size! I even tried on clothes, which I never do at the store, and was able to get a smaller size then I expected. I wanted to cry because it’s been 30 years since I’ve been able to wear ‘regular’ size clothes. This helped not only my low self esteem but kept me on course this week when I was tempted to go off plan.

  • It’s been about 12 weeks since I started this program and I am officially down 12 pounds and about 12 inches!! I couldn’t believe it! I didn’t have a lot of weight to lose to begin with and overall a petite frame so my results shocked me! I feel great and my clothes are baggy!
