You've been tracking long enough to understand food. Trust that knowledge. The app was the teacher — you're the student who graduated.
"Progress, not perfection."
An 80/20 week is a successful week. Full stop. Two weeks of consistent, good choices beats two weeks of stressing over perfect numbers every time.
"One meal doesn't make or break anything."
The pattern over two weeks matters — not any single meal. Enjoy the pizza. Enjoy the margarita. Come back to the plan at the next meal.
"Food is fuel AND pleasure."
Both are true at the same time. You don't have to choose. That's the whole point of the 80/20 lifestyle.
